46th San Francisco Stand-Up Comedy Competition

Folktale Winery is excited to welcome back the Second Preliminary Round of the hilarious and legendary annual San Francisco Comedy Competition in our Wine Garden Thursday, September 8th! Sixteen very gifted contestants selected from hundreds of applicants will each offer their best six-minute set, five of the comedians advance to Semifinals.  History suggests one or more of this year’s performers may go on to stardom, joining the ranks of past alumni Dana Carvey, Ellen DeGeneres, Marc Maron, Patton Oswalt, Paula Poundstone and Robin Williams, Jimmy O. Yang of “Silicon Valley”, Louis CK and Dane Cook.
